A subscription service to help advancement managers drive more asks and close more gifts. Ask Accelerator equips managers with weekly accountability tools, motivational scoreboards, and strategic support to keep fundraisers moving proposals forward. By blending reminders, gamification, and team recognition, we help you build a culture of asking—and closing. Here is what is included:
- Ask Reminders (weekly): Every Monday, managers receive a tailored report highlighting: overdue asks, upcoming asks due soon and Expired close dates. This snapshot gives managers a ready-made agenda for their 1:1s—ensuring no proposal falls through the cracks.
- Ask Scoreboard (bi-weekly): A leaderboard showcasing your team’s top asks. Themes rotate depending on who’s in first place (e.g., alma mater, sports team, personal flair). Managers can share the scoreboard in Slack or email to spark friendly competition.
- Strategy Session (monthly): A one-hour Zoom workshop with our team to tackle four “stuck” prospects. Together, we’ll identify strategies, next steps, and ask timing to move them closer to a gift.
- Gamified Challenges (as needed): Inject energy into your pipeline with team-wide sprints such as: 1) Past-Due Purge Week – clear X stalled proposals; first to finish wins. 2) Proposal Push Week – every fundraiser must move at least two proposals forward.
- Booked Gift Cards (as needed): When a fundraiser closes a major gift, we create a baseball card-style image with the gift details. Managers share it with the team to recognize success and celebrate wins.
- Pathway to a Gift (as needed): We design custom visual timelines showing how a major gift came together—highlighting every partner, touchpoint, and step. These diagrams help celebrate collaboration, thank internal partners, and educate others on the fundraising process.

This service provides a trusted outside partner to help you stay focused, sharpen strategy, and bring discipline to your donor work. This is what is included:
- Two strategy/coaching calls per month
- Pipeline and proposal reviews with clear next steps
- Our Prospect Tracking Worksheet tool designed to help you organize and prioritize your top prospects, ensuring you work as efficiently as possible.
- On-call support between sessions (for drafts, decisions, or dilemmas)
- Light campaign counsel if planning is underway or needed

Campaign Feasibility Study and Case Statement: We conduct interviews and surveys with your top prospects to assess their philanthropic interests, gather feedback on your case for support, and gauge their perceptions of a campaign’s potential for success. Then we help craft and design your campaign case statement, clearly outlining your campaign’s goals and needs. This compelling document highlights the importance of your initiative, inspiring your supporters to contribute and make an impact.
