Plan of Work

We first meet with the fundraiser to create a plan of work document that will prioritize their prospect pool based on gift timing and include the next step of engagement. This document will become their guide to keeping them focused on the gifts that have the best chance to close.

Strategy Sessions

With a fundraising plan in place, we will meet with the fundraiser twice a month to talk through the progress of the plan. During these sessions we will outline strategies to efficiently move top prospects towards a major gift. Techniques discussed include booking more visits, optimizing the ask and strategies that will close major gifts.


Once the major gifts to start rolling in, we help with plans for stewarding these gifts. We also create a Pathway to a Gift charts for you to distribute internally that will thank, educate and lead to more partners in your organization wanting to work with your fundraising team.
